A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We’ll migrate your web site(s) to our next–generation cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost data and undesirable network downtime. Because of this, we will accomplish all that for you for free!We have highly qualified administrators whose main job is to make sure that your site functions precisely as it did on your previous hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based upon popular web apps like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, because there are a lot of factors, including the size of the web files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your website and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our very best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in some cases – within 24 hours (if the website content is not large).

A: We will need the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the website’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to start the transfer of your web hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share pretty much the same information you have given to your previous hosting provider. We’ve also got a very rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how sensitive data is tackled.

A: While we migrate your site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your former web hosting provider. As soon as the transfer is complete, we’ll make sure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized before informing you that the transfer is done. Then we will explain to you how to move the domain name to your web hosting account with us and how to modify the DNS records.

A: Nah. Aside from your login info for the Control Panel, we don’t need anything. We will never touch base with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Generally, if we can gain access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
