Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re very busy working on your web sites or developing your web applications, you rarely have time to keep track of what’s happening with your virtual server – whether it’s overloading or if all the tasks are running properly. With our Optional Managed Services solution, we’ll take care of that for you. Your VPS will be included in our custom–built monitoring system and every single time there is a trace of a problem, our server admins will be alerted momentarily.

Weekly Backups

Keeping a backup of all your hosted content is very important – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having ordered our Optional Managed Services deal, you will take advantage of regular backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you needing to set up and configure anything. Furthermore all the backups are held on a server with multiple RAID–configured disk drives. It means that your hosted content will always be safe, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost endless set of possibilities, you will often need to install additional software apps. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Optional Managed Services package, which allows you to call for any of our proficient server administrators to install and set up any software package and to take care of any problem that you are having with your VPS.

The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an optional feature with our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
